Email us if you need help, have found an error or want to suggest an improvement. Please include the app version, device model, iOS version, app language and the steps that led to the problem. Do not send private contact details or other sensitive information.
namedaycalendar.app@gmail.comOpen iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Contacts → Name Day. Check the permission and reopen the app. If you granted limited access, add the contacts you want to see.
Check iOS Settings → Notifications → Name Day, the daily time inside the app and your Focus settings. After changing a source or delivery time, switch the affected reminder off and on again.
Touch and hold the widget, choose Edit Widget and confirm its data source. If it still does not refresh, remove it, open the app and add the widget again.
First check the selected country and calendar. Name-day traditions and official holidays differ by source. Send us the date, country, expected name and a reliable source for the correction.
Open Name Day on your iPhone, check the connection to your watch and install any available update. You can also remove the complication from the watch face and add it again.
You can change name-day, widget and reminder sources inside the app. iOS controls the interface language in Settings → Apps → Name Day → Language.
